This smoothie is a perfect option for busy mornings or a post-workout snack.
1 cup – frozen pineapple
1 cup – kale or baby spinach
1 large – sweet apple, cored and roughly chopped
1 cup – chopped cucumber
¾ cup – celery stalk, chopped
3 Tbs – hemp hearts, or to taste (can be subbed with pumpkin seeds)
1 Tbs – ground flax seeds
2 Tbs – packed fresh mint leaves
½ – avocado
1½ tsp – virgin coconut oil (optional)
4 – ice cubes or as needed
