1.5 cups – frozen mixed berries
1 cup – fresh spinach
1 cup – non-dairy milk, suggested coconut/almond milk
½- ripe medium avocado
1 Tbs – ground flax seeds
¼ cup – parsley stems or coriander stems
3 Tbs – sunflower seeds
3 Tbs – sesame seeds
