You can drink this tea at any time of the day, especially if you wake up a little sluggish, lethargic, or congested. It is also good to have during lunch or dinner to get the digestive fire going. 2 cups – water
1 inch – peeled and shredded/ slices of fresh ginger
1/2 of – lime juice (to taste)
1 teaspoon – local organic honey
