As mindfulness practice helps bring awareness into our minds and bodies, we begin to heal and recondition old habits which previously had moved us towards unwise choices, frustration, stress, pain, and suffering. Instead, as we progress in the mindfulness practice we can learn to implement new choices that help us to act ethically, responsibly and contribute to ourselves, our communities, and the world. It’s hugely transformative for us, our bodies, and our relationships.

Mindfulness practice has a tremendous potential to move beyond its currently small audience to people from all sorts of backgrounds and spiritual beliefs. Offering a perspective on life and helping to find resources within ourselves to live more healthily, live more kindly, and live more wisely.
